The Creekview Youth Cross Country Team is a USATF club team that is open to athletes ages 6 through 18. Training locations vary by practice day and include Boling Park, Cherokee Veterans Park, Etowah River Park, and the Creekview High School track.
Our team participates in USATF sanctioned meets. The USATF Youth Cross Country Season is composed of 5 to 6 regular season meets (Sept-Oct), followed by 3 post-season championship meets; the USATF Georgia Association State Championships (November), USATF Region 4 Championships (November) and the USATF National Junior Olympic Cross Championships (December).
Any athlete on the Creekview Youth Cross Country team athlete that is enrolled in the 6th, 7th, or 8th grade, competes for the Creekland Middle School Team Cross Country Team. This team participates in Middle School XC meets that begin in August and end with the MS State Championships in mid-October.
